Sam #3 Labrador Retriever Young Male for sale in Annapolis, Maryland

Sam #3's story
Sam #3 is a 1-year-old neutered male black lab. Sam weighs 35 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
Sam is an adorable pocket-sized pup that is the perfect size for snuggles. He has the cutest perky, fuzzy, expressive ears that tell you exactly what hes thinking. He may be thinking for example Im going to climb the chainlink fence and go find a playmate. Yep, this energetic boy is a fence hopper and will occasionally escape to go find some friends to play with. Sam is friendly and playful and ready to find an active family that will give him lots of love and exercise. Sam would love to have a yard to play in, but will need to be supervised due to his escape artist tendencies. He is good with dogs and unknown with cats.
A couple of weeks ago he was in a shelter under code red. Lab Rescue pulled him to give him a chance. Who would like to meet him and make him part of their family?
UPDATE: Sam has waited a long time for a foster and is now in a foster home with 3 resident dogs. Everyone is getting along great! The two resident females like a more gentle play and Sam is very respectful. The resident male lab and Sam love to play inside and outside. He is great in the crate and appears to be housebroken. The resident cat walked in the room and Sam didn't even stand up but we will give it another day or so before we say that he is good with cats. This sweet boy loves to cuddle!
