Charlie Labrador Retriever Adult Male for sale in Annapolis, Maryland

Charlie's story
CHARLIE is a 6-year-old neutered male black lab. Charlie weighs 52 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
DESCRIPTION Charlie is a very sweet boy who immediately starts wagging his tail when he hears you approach him. Because he is blind, it's good to let him know when you're going to introduce another dog and do it slowly since he can't see where they're coming from. Same with people. He does better being transported in a crate so he doesn't get scared of not knowing where he is. Charlie is house trained and crate trained. He'll do best in a home as the only dog or another calm dog, rather than with one who wants to play and pounce around him since that will scare him. What Charlie loves the most is to snuggle with his humans. He is good with cats. Charlie came from a hoarding situation where he lived with other dogs and cats.
Update from foster: Charlie is the biggest sweetheart. He absolutely loves to snuggle on the couch and will stay next to you until you get up. He definitely feels more secure being by your side. He's 100% crate trained and house trained. After having him for one day, he is already getting the layout of the living room and knows exactly where his crate is and where the couch is! Charlie is the perfect dog if you're looking for a low maintenance snuggle partner.
